INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS PROVIDER - third party

•Full Time / Part Time

•Third Party Employer. Salary based on Local’s level of need.

In an effort to find the best possible assistance for our locals, Southwind Fields will work alongside some of our local’s families to conduct a search for the best independent living skills providers. Providers work according to the local’s individual schedule - often during typically working hours, but sometimes in the evening, if the local has a job of his/her own. Providers assist in teaching the local to cook and care for his/her living space. Additionally, the provider may provide light supervision of medication and assist with access to the community. We’re looking for people who are deeply caring and who can instruct locals in building these skills, without just doing it for them. All of our locals are quite independent and require little, if any, direct assistance. We need people who can connect and engage on a meaningful level. Providers are compensated based on the salary structure of the Medicaid/State Funded company under which the local is being provided services. Salary typically ranges from $10-$15/hour based on the local’s level of need.
