A very familiar face to Southwind Locals, “Ms. Cathy” has been working with them for years, at our partner apartment complex, assisting them in getting their leases completed. In March 2024, Ms. Cathy transitioned from her role in property management to working at Southwind as an advisor, bringing with her, a deep understanding of the importance of finding independence and a the dignity that comes with a place to call your own.

She has dedicated years to research, and advocating for not only Autism awareness, but the best interests of those with special needs. Angela earned a Bachelor of Social Work in 1992 from The University of North Alabama, and utilized her gifts and talents primarily within mental health centers, serving abused and neglected children and their families.
