MEET THE TEAM

Delaney Bellieu,

Agriculture

director

Delaney believes in pouring life into all living things and encouraging growth in any way she can. Delaney started at Southwind Fields as an intern in 2018, finding strong administrative skills, and moving into an assistant role the following year. Soon after graduation, Delaney moved into our first advisor position, building the role from the ground up. Now, after 7 years, she has helped to launch The Local Family Farm in Helotes, and is excited to share her passion for all things agriculture with our locals.

YOU SHOULD KNOW: Delaney spends entirely too much of her own money on animals and hay, and breeds and raises show goats under the name “Lazy Bea Farms.”

Chris brings more than two decades of ministry experience to his role as an advisor, having served churches and families across Texas as both a youth minister and senior pastor. He’s driven by a desire to help people understand the good news of Jesus and follow Him wholeheartedly. Chris and his wife, Marie, spent six years as house parents at Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch caring for at-risk youth — formative years that deepened his heart for walking alongside others in community.
